As a mental health therapist I know that life’s challenges can cloud our minds, making it difficult to see solutions that are already within us. Stress, anxiety, and emotional burdens create a mental “smoke” that distorts our thinking, leaving us feeling stuck, confused, and overwhelmed.

Clearing the Smoke is the process of cutting through this mental fog to regain clarity, focus, and confidence in your ability to navigate life’s obstacles. As your therapist, I am here to guide you through this process—not by giving you the answers, but by asking the right questions that help you uncover them for yourself.

Through thoughtful conversation, solution-focused techniques, and proven therapeutic approaches, we work together to clear away the mental clutter. Once the smoke lifts, you’ll be able to see your challenges from a fresh perspective, recognize your own strengths, and take meaningful steps toward resolution and personal growth.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA), veteran of the United States Air Force Reserves, Clinical Father Engagement Specialist®️, and author of Daddy’s Green Book, I take a practical, action-focused approach to therapy. My goal is to support adults 18 and older in finding real, lasting solutions that work for them.
